Shipping and Handling

At the present moment, we are shipping to Canada Only. We are pleased to provide a range of shipping options to suit your needs. Please note that shipping times may vary due to peak periods, public holidays, and long weekends. Our goal is to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner.


Shipping Locations and Delivery Options

We proudly offer shipping services to all Canadian postal codes, with varying options based on your location. At checkout, customers are offered the following shipping options (excluding weekends, holidays, and remote delivery areas):

Greater Toronto Area (GTA)

  • Regular Shipping (3-5 Business Days)
    • Orders under $100 CAD: $10 CAD
    • Orders over $100 CAD: FREE
  • Express Shipping (2-3 Business Days)
    • Orders under $100 CAD: $25 CAD
    • Orders $100 CAD - $150 CAD: $15 CAD
    • Orders $150 CAD - $200 CAD: $5 CAD
    • Orders over $200 CAD: FREE

Ontario (Outside the GTA)

  • Regular Shipping (3-5 Business Days)
    • Orders under $100 CAD: $15 CAD

It is important to note that all orders are subject to availability and payment validation. During peak periods, additional processing time may be required. Order Processing

At Cedarbrae Vapes, we strive to ship orders out promptly. We process all in-stock orders on a daily basis, seven days a week, excluding holidays.

However, in rare cases, if any questions or concerns arise regarding an order, or if an order is flagged by our fraud-prevention system, you may experience delays in processing. Additionally, we may contact you via phone or email if necessary. To ensure your order is processed without any issues, please make sure to provide us with your correct contact information during checkout.


Tracking & Shipping Time

Upon completion of order processing, a tracking number is automatically generated and a corresponding email with the subject "Your Order Has Shipped!" is sent to the email address provided during checkout. This tracking number will provide information regarding the delivery status of your order once it is picked up from our warehouse.

Please note that all shipping times provided by the couriers are estimates and should be considered as such. For additional convenience, all tracking information can be found and viewed directly by logging in to "My Account".


Incomplete Address

If there is any missing or incomplete shipping information, we will reach out to the customer via email. It is imperative that the customer responds within 48 hours; otherwise, the order will be canceled, and the customer will be refunded through the original payment method. We take customer satisfaction seriously and will not hesitate to take the necessary steps to ensure that all customers receive the best possible service.


Proof of Age Required

All products sold on Cedarbrae Vapes are intended for adult consumption only. To ensure compliance with Canadian law, a signature and a valid government-issued photo ID will be required upon receipt of your package, with absolutely no exceptions. Furthermore, only the person named in the "Shipping" fields can pick up the package; Canada Post will not release the package to anyone else.

Underage Purchase Penalty: In the event of an underage purchase, a penalty in the form of a 75% refund (minus shipping costs) will be applied.


Order Changes and Cancellations

At Cedarbrae Vapes, we strive to ensure that all of our products are in stock for our customers. However, if a product is out of stock, we may be forced to cancel the order partially or completely. If the cancellation is due to our mistake, we will fully refund the order.

  • Once an order has been marked as "Left the Facility", we cannot accept any cancellations.
  • When placing an order with us, customers acknowledge that their order and delivery information is accurate.
  • If adjustments need to be made to the items in the order, a new order must be placed. Our customer service team is available to cancel and refund the previous order upon request, provided it has not yet left our warehouse.

Lost or Damaged Packages

It is imperative that all claims regarding misdelivered, stolen, or damaged parcels be reported to us within 14 days of the parcels being shipped out.

Cedarbrae Vapes is not responsible for any delays, misdeliveries, or thefts of packages. Once the order is scanned by Canada Post or any other delivery agent, it is the sole responsibility of those agents to deliver the package safely to the purchaser or assigned recipient as indicated in the shipping address. Shipping is a service purchased from Canada Post along with your order from us, meaning any shipping issues must be addressed directly to Canada Post.


Unclaimed Packages

In the event that your item is not successfully delivered due to an issue deemed to be your fault (e.g., providing the wrong address or failure to pick up the package), we regretfully must inform you that we will deduct a 25% re-stocking fee, as well as the shipping fees from the initial shipment (even if shipping was free for you) and the return shipment fees we were charged by the carrier, from any potential refund you may be eligible to receive.
