Pod & Coil Compatibility

The Arco Max utilizes the dedicated Arco Pod Series. These pods feature integrated mesh coils and "Leak Locker" technology to ensure a mess-free experience. Note that while they look similar to some Novo pods, they are part of a proprietary new ecosystem designed for the Arco series.

Compatible Pods (YES):

• SMOK Arco Replacement Pods: Native compatibility. Available in 0.6 ohm (RDL), 0.8 ohm (MTL), and 1.2 ohm (Tight MTL) resistances.

Incompatible Pods (NO):

• SMOK Novo / Nord / RPM Series: These legacy pod systems are physically incompatible with the Arco Max's wider connection bay.
• SMOK Solus / Propod: Entirely different connection architectures.

Pro Tip: To switch between the four visual themes, click the firing button three times to enter the menu. To adjust your wattage manually, click the button twice and use the slider or button to fine-tune your power. If you prefer a hands-free experience, the draw-activation is highly sensitive and works best with the airflow slider at least 25% open.

Hardware Maintenance

Because the Arco Max uses a large TFT screen, avoid storing the device in pockets with loose keys or coins to prevent scratching the display. Keep the magnetic pod bay dry; although the pods feature "Leak Locker" tech, minor condensation is normal. Wipe the gold contact pins weekly with a dry cloth. For the best battery longevity, charge the device using the included Type-C cable and avoid leaving it plugged in overnight once it reaches 100%.
