Unlike the standard Luxe X pods that feature permanently built-in heating elements, the XR series allows users to customize their draw and reduce waste by only replacing the internal coil. These pods utilize Vaporesso's SSS Leak-Resistant Technology and a bottom-fill silicone stopper to lock in e-liquid and maintain a clean connection to the device battery.

• DTL (Direct-to-Lung) Pod: Features a wide-bore mouthpiece and maximized base airflow channels. Engineered for high-wattage vaping and massive cloud production. Best paired with lower-resistance GTX Mesh Coils (0.15 ohm, 0.2 ohm, or 0.3 ohm). Strictly for use with standard freebase e-liquids.
• MTL (Mouth-to-Lung) Pod: Features a tapered, narrow mouthpiece and highly restricted base airflow channels. Engineered to replicate the tight draw of a traditional cigarette. Best paired with higher-resistance GTX Mesh Coils (0.8 ohm or 1.2 ohm). Ideal for nicotine salts or high-strength freebase e-liquids.

Incompatible Devices (NO):

• Vaporesso Luxe Q / Luxe QS / Luxe Q2: These require the much smaller Luxe Q series pods.
• Vaporesso XROS Series: Completely incompatible architectures.
• Vaporesso Swag PX80 / Target PM80: While these devices also use GTX coils, their pod housings are completely different.

Pro Tip: These pods do not contain coils. Vaporesso GTX coils must be purchased separately. When installing a GTX coil, ensure the flat edges of the coil base align properly with the pod opening and press it completely flush. Failure to seat the coil fully will result in immediate leaking.

Usage & Maintenance

To fill or replace a coil, remove the pod from the device and invert it. Pull the old coil directly out and press a new one in. Lift the black silicone plug to reveal the fill port and add your e-liquid. Ensure the plug is pressed completely flat after filling. Because the PCTG plastic is durable, these empty pods can be washed and reused multiple times, replacing only the internal GTX coil when the flavor degrades.

Important: Always let a newly installed GTX coil prime before firing. After pressing a brand-new coil into the XR pod and filling it with e-liquid, let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes to allow the organic cotton to fully saturate and prevent dry hits.
